Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

All orders are shipped from our partner warehouse in Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan. We use Yamato Transport (ヤマト運輸) for all domestic deliveries.

Kanto / Tohoku 1–2 business days after dispatch
Kansai / Chubu 2–3 business days after dispatch
Kyushu / Shikoku / Chugoku 2–4 business days after dispatch
Hokkaido / Okinawa 3–5 business days after dispatch

※ Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as year-end, Golden Week, and national holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders of ¥5,980 or more (tax included).
For orders under ¥5,980, a flat shipping fee of ¥980 applies (nationwide).
※ Additional charges may apply for remote islands and certain areas.

Delivery Date & Time Preferences

You can specify your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. Available time slots:

19:00–21:00

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order via the "Track Your Order" link in the main menu, or directly on the Yamato Transport website.
※ Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Japan. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we plan to expand our shipping destinations.
